Step Up Your Kayaking Game

You’ve learned the basics! Now it’s time to put those skills to work and become a better whitewater kayaker! Our Beginnermediate Program bridges the gap between beginner and intermediate paddling with fun, hands-on river training. Build confidence reading rapids, choosing lines, controlling your boat, catching eddies, ferrying, surfing, and navigating increasingly challenging whitewater. You’ll gain experience on a variety of rivers while developing the skills, judgment, and confidence to paddle more independently. We believe there’s no better place to learn, grow, and take your whitewater experience to the next level! Whether you’re new to whitewater or ready to sharpen your skills, this is the perfect place to keep progressing. See below for details and individual course descriptions.

You will have a one year membership to the Beginnermediate Kayak Club.

Prerequisites: Students must be able to preform a wet exit. Students must provide their own river running equipment (Boat, Skirt, Paddle, Helmet, Skirt, and Proper colder weather apparel if needed).
